In my earlier life, I was a university business administrator and was known for my can-do attitude and excellent business and problem solving skills. Now that I'm in real estate, I get to use those skills working with buyers and sellers. I am a full-service, full-time realtor. I especially like working with first time home buyers. I also hold certifications as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and a Military Relocation Professional (MRP). Although I'm based in Essex County and am currently a resident of Bloomfield, I don't mind travelling to other areas and am familiar with towns in Morris and Passaic counties. On a personal note, I am a watercolor painter and a jewelry maker. I have a good sense of color and space. I can assist sellers (and buyers too, if asked) for paint color choices, design suggestions and home staging. I am happy to share ideas on what a seller may need to do to maximize their home's selling power.
